Opened a business checking account last week and was told I need to sign another document. So I visited this branch this morning and Teller at front told me to have a seat on the “blue” chair. Sat there for 15 minutes and nobody helped me. Ended up walking out.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I will be closing the chase accnt I have had for years and going to Wright Patt. I sent money to my accnt via cashapp yet nothing. I contacted cashapp and it went through on their end. I went to the bank with the transaction number and the teller just told me " sorry we can't do anything about it until it is deposited" it should have been automatically deposited. No offers and checks were very expensive will close account soon no benefits
Can not get ahold of anyone. Received a letter with the branch phone number asking me to call but no one answers the phone. Tried on three different occasions now. Ended up calling the Far Hill Branch - got through immediately and they were able to help me.
Love this location. Always friendly and fast.
