Very helpful and personable.
I went to deposit money into a persons account and was denied the deposit because unless I'm on the account they can't take cash for a deposit. They have me a ridiculous excuse about money laundering and what not. Comepletly ridiculous. I'm not trying to deposit a million dollars. It is $20. I told them this is why I use a credit union. They don't have ridiculous policies designed to be inconvenient and create fees for their customers the same as banks. They use to be a bit slower to approaching customers especially in the drive through. Now!! They are much more efficient. They always were pleasant and are now.
