Tellers are pleasant and quick
Best bank I've ever trusted with my money.
ATM and customer service help. But no tellers
Terrible- they don’t have an actual counter with tellers. I tried to deposit checks 3 separate times through their kiosk and they would not recognize one of the checks. One of the ladies told me to sit. I waited 10 minutes for someone to walk over half frustrated and ask what I needed. I explained and she said I have to go to another location to deposit checks. Chase has gone downhill completely. I'm a local business man with lots of money to put into the branch. You cannot do deposits at this Branch anymore. They will not take my money absolutely freaking ridiculous what is this world coming to.
