Very helpful staff
There should be an option to rate 0 stars since the this bank will not help you or admit they are wrong. Been with them for a few years and they always make it difficult to fix a mistake they made. They have held a few checks of mine and not told me they are on hold causing lots of late fees not only in my payments but also fees I received from them. They will take you money and not admit they are wrong and in the end keep it. I was given the run around buy the teller the manger and the district manager to reverse a few fees... read more
Stopped by to see a banker. Was denied services because no banker was on premises. Poor staffed chase branch. Will not come here again. Chase has failed me many times as a bank. I will be moving banks.
