This chase branch is my favorite.
Helped me with a fee issue without making me feel bad or dumb, and made me feel cared for on a day where I was previously not feeling so much so. Been coming here for years, and while I cannot speak for anyone else, I can say: That every time I've gone in, I have been treated with dignity and respect, and care. It doesn't go unnoticed, and I just wanted to say thank you all again.
ATM lousy service
This chase ATM sucks. It would not disperse cash due to technical issues but it still debit it from the account. The bank teller told me I would have to file a charge dispute which could take a while.
i had some someone hack my account and chase didn't help at all!!! and then when i wanted help to prosicute the person that did it oh we can't help you with that is all i heard well they will never get my business again
