This chase branch is my favorite.
Helped me with a fee issue without making me feel bad or dumb, and made me feel cared for on a day where I was previously not feeling so much so. Been coming here for years, and while I cannot speak for anyone else, I can say: That every time I've gone in, I have been treated with dignity and respect, and care. It doesn't go unnoticed, and I just wanted to say thank you all again.
