On July 6, I came to the bank. The young woman behind the counter asked me how she could help me. I told her I had rolled up coins totaling $209. She looked at her colleague and rolled her eyes. After she counted the rolls she gave me the money in bills. No thank you, no have a good day. Mmmm … maybe counting the rolls was too much work? I come into this bank at least once a month. Never had I encounter the rolling eyes phenomenon from any teller before.
Quincy, saved the day. Came in overwhelmed and stressed out but smiling and he went way above and way beyond to do not only his job but mine. I needed a Quincy that day and God knew it. Thank you Quicy for being a kind gentleman.

Worst bank I've ever dealt with. They make things difficult for no reason and when talking to there staff they all have different stories on how things are done. The best business I will do with this bank is close my account and go somewhere else.
