I am not one to give negative reviews, but Janeen at Chase Bank in Fry's on Willow Creek Rd deserves 0 stars. No respect or customer service. I had a terrible experience there today for an hour trying to get a document notarized and obtain a cashier's check. I would not recommend doing business there unless you are retired and have all the time in the world.

The most petty tellers of any Chase bank in Yavapai county. They don’t know how to do their job.
These ladies are wonderful! They work under stressful situations with some very rude customers and still keep a smile on their face!
