I had a bad experience at another bank as my new local bank and called Chase for help (Imagine calling another bank at another establishment for help) I spoke with Elaine, she listened to my situation and gave me advice. She asked questions and offered other options to help me. I only have a credit card with Chase and needed a Cashiers Check.
