I’ve been banking at Chase for the last 10 years of my business and I have over 100s of thousands of dollars in the bank. Went to go cash a $3000 check and they told me that I have to go to my original banking bank. What a joke manager there is a complete joke not friendly whatsoever. What a disgrace.

I came in the branch to do a quick deposit and cash back. I was done in less than 10 minutes.
I have found the staff to be nothing but friendly and helpful and consistently so for the last number of years. I am moving out of state and sad I will not have the great service going forward I have received at this branch. I cannot understand the negative feedback, definitely not my experience.
Went in the other day looking to move my business accounts because of the mess that USBank made with their takeover of Union Bank. That’s a whole other story. I was shown to an office and introduced to Brian, VP of something. I started to lean in to shake his hand but he was still staring at his computer screen did not respond, or stand up, as I slid my business card on his desk.
