Lady ruined my check process I asked her to Cash my check because I Urgentyly need that cash now. She ended up deposited it instead & saying I will only get 100 in my account today. Now she made it very inconvenient for me for my plans I had with my money. I'm in the negatives even with the 100 being deposited today I still will be. & I'm out of gas. Incompetent staff. It shouldn't take two months to replace a debit card and four months for credit card. I've visited this branch on four different occasions trying to fix this issue and updating/correcting my address (after the first time) and they sent it to a different address and lost in shipment. Additionally sharing my routing number to different venders. I'd highly recommend to visit another branch this staff cannot help you.
On Friday September 26th 2025 I went into this branch to do my normal business as this is the closest to where I typically am at. As mentioned by others this is an absolutely horrible bank to begin with. As I come walking in, as in every t time that I come in, there's always a security guard sitting in the corner either reading a book or on their phone. Elderly veteran gentleman before me in line, treaty very poorly. Teller could have cared less. My turn in line came, no greeting, her fingernails were 3+" and she could barely perform tasks with her computer or even operate the staple gun. Kept referring to me as Miss and my first name. Horrible customer experience.
