I got what I needed but my goodness the customer service experience was awkward. Can't imagine being that old and still not knowing how to talk to people.
Good customer service.
Very few employees. Customer service is not good, Attitude especially with customer service. I need to go to another Brab Office in Oceanside/Vista areas that has Better C/S.
What kind of a bank doesn't have 100 dollar bills? And why are the employees so inept? Plus the ATM machines are slow and glitchy.
ATM machines close at 8PM, extremely inconvenient
