On Friday September 26th 2025 I went into this branch to do my normal business as this is the closest to where I typically am at. As mentioned by others this is an absolutely horrible bank to begin with. As I come walking in, as in every t time that I come in, there's always a security guard sitting in the corner either reading a book or on their phone. Elderly veteran gentleman before me in line, treaty very poorly. Teller could have cared less. My turn in line came, no greeting, her fingernails were 3+" and she could barely perform tasks with her computer or even operate the staple gun. Kept referring to me as Miss and my first name. Horrible customer experience.
I got what I needed but my goodness the customer service experience was awkward. Can't imagine being that old and still not knowing how to talk to people.
Good customer service.
Very few employees. Customer service is not good, Attitude especially with customer service. I need to go to another Brab Office in Oceanside/Vista areas that has Better C/S.
