Nasty, horrible, condescending, attitude from the young woman with dark hair. My mom has been a chase customer for 30+ years and I was told they’re the only place in the area to change foreign currency, after they asked me to come inside, had me wait, the woman scoffed, disgusted, rolled her eyes repeating that I wasn’t a customer and said try the airport. Who would want to become a customer with treatment like that?
My sister went in on 11-7-24 (around 1pm) to get a check cashed and to start a bank account. The lady told her to "just go to a check cashing place" and that her co-worker didn't have time to set her bank account up. That she just "just do it online". I really wish she would have gotten her name. Obviously, no one in our family would ever do business there now.
They reported my person to chexSystems for having a LLC business checking account overdraft by $600 🤣 they never even asked me to pay it which I would have gladly but now I will never out of principle. I’d watch out with these guys they’re hurting bad for cash obviously.
I always have great service here anytime I have to actually go in. The tellers are very friendly I have been with Chase for many years and I have no complaints.
