Amazed and confused by any bad review. I have had nothing except excellent and friendly service from everyone in this building. I can understand that some rules and regulations are frustrating, especially in terms of finances, but those have always been thoroughly explained to me and the staff that operates under that roof have been top-tier. Courteous Service? YES Good Customer Service? HELL NO!
Nasty, horrible, condescending, attitude from the young woman with dark hair. My mom has been a chase customer for 30+ years and I was told they’re the only place in the area to change foreign currency, after they asked me to come inside, had me wait, the woman scoffed, disgusted, rolled her eyes repeating that I wasn’t a customer and said try the airport. Who would want to become a customer with treatment like that?
My sister went in on 11-7-24 (around 1pm) to get a check cashed and to start a bank account. The lady told her to "just go to a check cashing place" and that her co-worker didn't have time to set her bank account up. That she just "just do it online". I really wish she would have gotten her name. Obviously, no one in our family would ever do business there now.
