ATM shorted me $100; didn't notice till next day; charged me the full amount despite having shorted me.
I just left, the teller with short blonde hair refused to count my cash, isn’t this a bank? One bill was crumpled up, but the rest was organized in stacks. I asked if there was a semi private place I could count my cash, she said no, and this place was not busy, nobody was in line behind me. March 2 at 12 o’clock.
Don’t even bother trying to call and get anyone on the phone. It’s been over a week of calling multiple times a day and they won’t answer.
They were unable to detect that a scam was happening right in front of them (literally). Then they refused to proactively preserve time-sensitive camera footage which would have shown the scammer in plain view of their cameras, on their property. They wouldn't even allow their own internal fraud team investigate since the transaction involved cash. They say they have done all they are legally obligated to do, even after I sent a formal complain to the OCC. Gee, thanks.
You have wonderfully alert tellers, one of whom spotted a fraudulent check -one of mine that had been washed and rewritten for $1700 yesterday, but I have now tried 5-6 times between 9:40 and 10:40 to speak with that alert teller, with no luck. You can't hold, you can't register for a call back. You're just told to call back later. You must need more help, or a call back program, but definitely something.
