You have wonderfully alert tellers, one of whom spotted a fraudulent check -one of mine that had been washed and rewritten for $1700 yesterday, but I have now tried 5-6 times between 9:40 and 10:40 to speak with that alert teller, with no luck. You can't hold, you can't register for a call back. You're just told to call back later. You must need more help, or a call back program, but definitely something. you loan the bank your money and they charge you a fee for that opportunity. I wouldn't generally complain because it's such minutia but their atm is so slow that I basically lost another $15 waiting for it to spit my own money out.
Great and fast service, I cash my check here often and they're always so nice and friendly and helpful!
These racists discriminated against my son For trying to cash a check for me They lied too use 2 or 3 times Don't know their own rules or policies You people better learn ..or you won't have your job In in the process of getting two...of you fired their at that location
