Absolutely terrible branch. I was trying to send a wire and they said they wouldn’t be able to send it because the money that I received the day before was still pending, yet the funds were available now. This has come up many times before, but not once have I not been able to send the wire. I informed the banker about this and she adamantly told me that there was nothing she could do, even though I knew this was completely false. Great service from Matthew and Bank Manager.
I'm so much happier with Chase than BofA. The customer service is better, they're not constantly aggressively trying to sell me services, or charging me fees. Chase is the best bank I've ever been with and I will be their customer for decades. Zelle is the shiz too.
