My wallet was lost recently while I was on vacation. After arriving back home I visited the Chase bank at 610 Thornton Rd. in Lithia Springs Georgia. The first teller I spoke to, (Danae Scott) was clearly unaware of Chase banking policy & technological capability as she stated to me that without ID, or a chase debit card, $100 was the absolute limit on my withdrawal.
