This one star is specifically for my experience with Holly. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to provide honest feedback when incorrect information is given in a role where accuracy matters. I came in to complete a Power of Attorney for my mom. Another Chase branch had already reviewed and approved the documentation. This branch is always giving hard time to people only for the simple things and no one is willing to help this is insane.

Going into the branch has been a good experience, but trying to get a hold of anyone there via phone is IMPOSSIBLE. I have been calling three days straight and no one will answer the phone.

The tellers are good, but unfortunately, I worked with very unprofessional desk agent, and when I brought up the unprofessionalism with the supervisor, I was met with defensiveness and denial. Separately, I previously spent some time here contemplating moving some investment accounts over. After everything was more or less in line I was sent a 90 page DocuSign with all manner of details we never discussed.
