This branch is always giving hard time to people only for the simple things and no one is willing to help this is insane.
Going into the branch has been a good experience, but trying to get a hold of anyone there via phone is IMPOSSIBLE. I have been calling three days straight and no one will answer the phone.
The tellers are good, but unfortunately, I worked with very unprofessional desk agent, and when I brought up the unprofessionalism with the supervisor, I was met with defensiveness and denial. Separately, I previously spent some time here contemplating moving some investment accounts over. After everything was more or less in line I was sent a 90 page DocuSign with all manner of details we never discussed.
