Bad experience every time workers never wanna do their job. Always close early I went at 10 and they were closed because the guy clearly didn’t wanna do his job and every time I go in they can never help or resolve an issue idk if it’s training thing or lack of people knowing what to do but we gotta honestly get it together.

Had a little bit of an issue at the Chase by my house so I called this branch and the manager Nick was very helpful over the phone. I got there and Grayson took great care of me. He was very polite and funny. Cool people. Look forward to seeing these guys again
I wish I could give a negative score. I walked in this bank at 12:46pm. Was told to have a sit to speak with a banker at 12:52pm. I was the last customer at 1:30ish. The female banker was still with her last customer and the male banker left his office at 1:50..I was hoping he called me next but no..instead he started counting his money to close out as if I'm not there. Today, May 9, 2025, I came to solve a problem with my credit card and I have been sitting for more than an hour waiting for the person who has to attend to me to finish talking to employees, a kind of meeting. Literally more than an hour waiting. The number one banking entity in the United States and this is how its customer service works. Amazing
