I’ve always had a great experience whenever going into the branch, but especially enjoyed speaking with Robert at the drive thru for a deposit. His friendliness and professionalism is an embodiment of what customer service looks like. I appreciate people like him!

Bad experience every time workers never wanna do their job. Always close early I went at 10 and they were closed because the guy clearly didn’t wanna do his job and every time I go in they can never help or resolve an issue idk if it’s training thing or lack of people knowing what to do but we gotta honestly get it together.
