I needed a notary and it took all of 3 minutes. Great service!
We experienced the worst customer service ever at Chase Bank on Palomar Airport Road. I called ahead and made an appointment with their notary; we arrived at the appointed time, and were told that he was busy with other things until closing time and we should come back tomorrow; we then asked to talk to the manager and were told that she was busy, but if we would sit down and wait, she would see us when she could. Zero stars!
Literally made me wait for so long and did not help me to the fullest of his ability. I will not be returning to this branch anytime in the future. I prefer the one in San Diego on University ave no wait at all.
Really friendly staff. I usually always have to wait in line though
