I avoid this bank. This has got to be one of the worst Chase banks I’ve dealt with. Their money-dispensing machine is located inside the building, and the bank is closed most of the time, which means you can barely ever use it. If you need cash and the bank isn’t open, you’re basically out of luck. To make it worse, the machine almost always has a sign saying “Out of Service.” I’ve seen people late at night trying to get money out and they can’t, because the machine is either unavailable or the bank is locked up. the staff here opened a "complaint" on my behalf without informing me claiming i was complaining about a "long wait time" when i had not ever communicated any complaint myself, and they incorrectly filed this "complaint" as a "fraud complaint". this led to multiple sketchy 8am calls from overseas chase corporate that sounded like scams. apparently pacing around while waiting in line to make a deposit will make the staff here judge you and open a false complaint on your behalf without ever informing you. Worst chase bank in the area (sloans lake) I live on 17th & tennyson st and this is the closest bank to me which was convenient, never fails, either when I come here the ATM is always down, can't access the ATM on the weekends, this bank is close on weekends, so many issues here, which now I have to drive out further to either alameda or 38th to access the other chase banks which i have no problem but why make me drive out there?
