I love this branch - I think they are the best Chase of all of them !!
Clearly the worst Chase bank in the city. ATM is NEVER working and the employees inside the bank are worthless not to mention the incorrect information I was given by one of the worthless tellers. Didn't feel I had the right skin color to access this worthless location. Will be banking ANYWHERE but this dysfunctional bank. One star is an extremely far reach
I avoid this bank. This has got to be one of the worst Chase banks I’ve dealt with. Their money-dispensing machine is located inside the building, and the bank is closed most of the time, which means you can barely ever use it. If you need cash and the bank isn’t open, you’re basically out of luck. To make it worse, the machine almost always has a sign saying “Out of Service.” I’ve seen people late at night trying to get money out and they can’t, because the machine is either unavailable or the bank is locked up.
