One of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had at a Chase Bank. the girl by the name of Olivia, is exceptional. She answered my questions promptly and provided assistance with other banking matters. She truly embodies the customer service spirit of this Chase bank. Olivia I believe brightens up the every customer who visits. I highly recommend visiting her.

This branch does not even deserve 1 star. Worst customer service.
The Branch Operation Lead at this location, named Essence Laneir, was rude, disrespectful, and condescending towards me. Also its quite obvious she lacks experience in her field of work, and on how to treat people. More specifically elderly people
