Rude tellers. Didn't want to help me at all. Would not service me correctly!
I’m not sure why a teller would ask me. “So what do you wanna do” instead of “is there anything else I can help you with”. The female teller that works weekday mornings always has an attitude! Makes me not even want a chase account but I know it’s just this branch.
The teller was very dismissive. I went there with an issue and she gave me two word response and was rude. There are so many banks in Aurora and they will be glad to keep your money. I would avoid this place at all cost.
