I got a credit on my 30+ year vault with a apparent close date of 4 days ago ! I noted it when logging in to check my checking balance. No written communication! I got to the bank first thing on Saturday & there was a line of customers with shopping bags. None of us had gotten a letter or call. It turned out that the letter was sent to an old address rather my current checking account address. The Chase phone representative the night before told me my box would be drilled open if my contents were not 'quickly ' removed. Sham... read more
