I’m sorry, but i feel like discretion is so important in finance, and the banker I had was anything but. Not only did he interrupt me every 5 seconds and assume the problem (which he was wrong about until i had a chance and explained it to him). But he also spoke so incredibly loudly about the amount of funds I was transferring, and every time he spoke, he found new ways to add more specific details. The ATM at this location is out of order at 50% of the times I’ve tried to use it. Get it together Chase.
This bank never opens in drive thru lines on time. It is the worse
Always crowded, almost always a bad experience. If I didn't have to come here for work, I wouldn't. There are plenty of other good banks and credit unions.
The ATM is locked off outside of business hours even though they say it’s 24/7
