Worse customer service 10 min wait. And they just standing up there 🤫
Hey just jumped in to say I agree with Jessica. Out of convenience it's nice to have more branches, but this ATM is unreliable, and the lobby is never open after hours the way some branches are so you can use that ATM. Not sure if it's the location but it's a gamble getting anything done there unless you have time to go during business hours and going inside.
I’ve been coming to this Chase location every Thursday morning to deposit my check using the ATM area, which is usually open around 8:30 AM. This has never been an issue before. This time, as I walked up, an employee locked the door right in front of me. I understand the bank itself may have been closed, but the ATM access is typically open. Broken atm and a closed vestibule. Worthless branch.
Nothing but positive experiences at this bank and branch. Very responsive and always solve my banking issues
