Don’t bother trying to get anything notarized here. Hazel won’t help you even if you have an appointment and have banked with Chase for over 10+ years. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve been thinking about pulling my business from here and this just pushed me over the edge. Chase needs to hire better people.

Hey just jumped in to say I agree with Jessica. Out of convenience it's nice to have more branches, but this ATM is unreliable, and the lobby is never open after hours the way some branches are so you can use that ATM. Not sure if it's the location but it's a gamble getting anything done there unless you have time to go during business hours and going inside.
