I’ve been coming to this Chase location every Thursday morning to deposit my check using the ATM area, which is usually open around 8:30 AM. This has never been an issue before. This time, as I walked up, an employee locked the door right in front of me. I understand the bank itself may have been closed, but the ATM access is typically open. Nothing but positive experiences at this bank and branch. Very responsive and always solve my banking issues
I didn’t experience any of the negative reviews I’ve seen. Everyone is super nice. They are responsive and seem like they wanted to help.
So just off phone. I would simply like to do a vendor printout. Well he said can’t be done? Really. So I have to find an intelligent person to tell me. Wish me luck
