I didn’t experience any of the negative reviews I’ve seen. Everyone is super nice. They are responsive and seem like they wanted to help.

My advice to anyone interested in personal checking and our business should never ever go to Chase Bank on 52nd and Wadsworth or any other one. It took three separate tries in order to get a debit card for a business account. And I've been in repeatedly for separate incidents, the most recent is there an ability to process a credit card payment. Not to mention the condescending attitude and treatment by the manager, A.
