FLAT OUT LIED AND WITHDREW MY MONEY WITHOUT CONSENT!!!!!! Ok, this is for the Belden branch in Canton Oh. I've been with Chase for over 35yrs since they were Bank One, never had an issue until the last few years. First I invested money through their financial advisor Ryan L, was told there was no fee, flat out LIE! Second, called to ask how long it would take for my money to be liquid IF I decided to withdraw some for a house, to my surprise Mr.L withdrew it that day without my consent! Got right in, no line, no fuss. The teller even gave me a mix of $20s and smaller denominations without me asking! Welcomed me with a smile, professional, anticipated my need. Couldn't be more satisfied
Steered me in the wrong direction multiple times and straight lied, denied a fraudulent claim for $4,850.00 when they told me I would receive my money back. They supposedly have a fraud protection program that does not protect. They gave me a new account with no information and were supposed to help change all 27 auto debits but no help whatsoever and very rude to say the least. Ahoukd be very ashamed and bottom of the barrel to say the least.
