Always great customer service. Staff always try to help even when overwhelmed. Located in a very busy area but easy to get in and out because the bank sits in a building where it is the only building in there.
Ever since this branch went to NO TELLERS and all digital, it fell apart. No customer service. Less workers putting food on the table for families.. Very sad. I was there the other day and all the ATMs had technical issues. No one was on staff to help further. Its a dead digital branch. Very aggravated.
