So, this is a huge, nation wide bank. What's with the lack of counter help? I work super close to this bank and have gone in 3 times to this location for various reasons. I just can't get over the wait. The employees get in no visible hurry to help customers either. I have literally seen twice where a counter person walks off, you're told they will be right back, never to return again. I hope they can read their reviews and listen to their customers. I just deposited $170 into their ATM; it malfunctioned and didn't register the cash. Instead of crediting my money back and figuring it out on their end, Chase makes you go through this ridiculous claim process. So now I don't have access to the money for at least 12 hours. Between the hassle of dealing with their customer service and the constant fees, I'll for sure cancel every single account I have with them.
