ATM doesn’t work. It doesn’t accept checks or cash. I am considering switching banks as I run a business and can no longer deposit money into my accounts. I am working when the bank is opened and I don’t feel I need to inconvenience myself because a multibillion dollar company refuses to repair that ATM. Even the employees complained about the issues 2 years ago when it made a mistake when I deposited a check from a client.

If I could give this ATM zero stars I would every single time I try to deposit money it spits it back out if it’s not perfect it won’t accept it. It makes you put the money in maybe 30 times before it accepts it and it only accepts 30 bills at a time & any other ATM accepts way more bills than this banks ATM does and it actually works. I can’t stand this ATM and it’s almost to the point I’m swapping banks just to be able to use a different ATM, that’s how bad it is.

Over a trillion in assets and can't keep there ATM working. Can't wait till Wright Pat gets there Bank built in Tipp City

Try contacting the local branch on a Saturday during the open hours....you get connected to an answering service and an operator who's first language isn't English. Why can't you just call your local branch direct any more? Seriously thinking of downsizing banks in order to get LOCAL service.

I visited the Tipp City branch uncomfortably close to closing time because I was up against the wire for a real estate transaction. Mandy was so kind and walked me through a stressful transaction, calming my nerves. She stayed after closing to make sure I was taken care of. I very much appreciate her willingness to help. Chase Bank is lucky to have her!
