I'm finding the employees are very kind, (all employees)
ATM doesn’t work. It doesn’t accept checks or cash. I am considering switching banks as I run a business and can no longer deposit money into my accounts. I am working when the bank is opened and I don’t feel I need to inconvenience myself because a multibillion dollar company refuses to repair that ATM. Even the employees complained about the issues 2 years ago when it made a mistake when I deposited a check from a client.
If I could give this ATM zero stars I would every single time I try to deposit money it spits it back out if it’s not perfect it won’t accept it. It makes you put the money in maybe 30 times before it accepts it and it only accepts 30 bills at a time & any other ATM accepts way more bills than this banks ATM does and it actually works. I can’t stand this ATM and it’s almost to the point I’m swapping banks just to be able to use a different ATM, that’s how bad it is.
