Worst customer service I've ever had. Their manager and one teller were completely rude. I will never return
I had to withdraw money from my account but I didn't have my wallet. I was expecting to have a hard time from a bank teller asking me 21 questions but instead the banker was kind and knowledgeable about how I can use my phone and chase app to access my funds from the atm. Very polite and professional staff. Thank you!
I am a current customer. Today I stopped in to quickly deposit one check. The teller asked me if I knew how to deposit a check in the ATM, and I said Yes, I have before. She offered for someone to go out with me and show me how. I declined politely, and said I’ll just deposit it here. She then pushed my debit card and endorsed check to me so that I could deposit the check outside at the ATM.
