This branch doesn’t care about our community. I closed my account with them over their parking/towing practices. We used to be a small town that could help each other out. Chase isn’t made for a small town, it’s a big corporation that doesn’t care.
Absolute horrible customer service. Closed my account in March dude to them thinking I deposited a fraudulent check (same check I’d been putting in there every week from my employer) so they flagged my account and closed it. Been waiting on my check in the mail since march 7th and it’s now May 29th. These guys SUCK.
