Utterly ignorant to the needs of people, rude and inconsiderate.... refused to help in any sense .... closed all accounts associated with them
Not only was the line long to make a deposit but y'all don't accept cash deposits. So I had to wait in line only to be told that I need a money order to make a deposit. Then had to come back in and wait in line again. I understand y'all charge a fee for cashing non customer checks, which most banks do..but $8 fee is absurd. I will never bank with you
