I opened a Chase account here to manage my new business. It's been about a year and I need help ensuring I'm not overlooking any payments.. Unfortunately this branch no longer provides actual support. The only help I could get was some kid telling me "you can do that on app. Just download the app. No worries, bye." The site and app are incredibly difficult to navigate. A portion of my business is through Bank of America and, let me tell you, what a world of difference.
