I arrived at the bank just three minutes before closing, unsure of how welcome I would be at such a late hour. To my surprise, I was greeted warmly by Kaci at the teller’s booth. I needed a cashier’s check, and she not only helped me locate the necessary information on my paperwork but did so with patience and kindness—even after a long day of work. Excellent team! Vasu recently took over my account, I have found him to be pro-active and helpful with anything that comes up. He called me just a minute ago to check on some strange activity in my account, but stuck around to check on 3 other problems for me. Yesenia has also assisted me from time to time and is great to work with. Chris has taken the time to get the right investment strategy for me, but is waiting on me to fill out paperwork.
