This isn't for the Buda branch, this is for Chase Bank as a whole. On March 27 I ordered a laptop from a third-party seller on Amazon. On March 31 FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. There is ample proof of this. The FedEx driver even came to my home, told me he delivered it to the wrong address and said to file a claim. I went through the claims process and have either been stonewalled or lied to by the seller, Amazon and FedEx. I have banked with Chase for years. How is it that everytime I have come here on a Saturday during the open hours they are always closed? How is that possible? I lived in Buda for years and I conduct business on Saturday. Their hours state that they are open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. What a joke. I will be reporting this to corporate. This has happened too many times.
