Poor customer service switched banks due to employees giving out misleading information the guy who cancels your account is a laughable excuse of a man. Weirdos honestly
Although parking is limited, there is no wait to see a team member and they were extremely friendly and helpful. I'd definitely use this branch again
I love chase! I have been banking here since I was old enough to do so and I have never had any problems. I LOVE the staff!
I'm only giving 5 stars because I can't give more. My wife and I had an account recently comprimised and we had to wait a while before our funds were restored and had an unknown charge placed on our new account. We were thinking "Here we go again". Fortunately I had gone to the Chase Bank branch in Massillon where Diane Buonaspina and Shelli Caplea were there to help me figure out what was going on.
