My first time visiting this branch, they went above and beyond to help me with my issue. Thank you for your kindness.
I went to a branch of Chase Bank to have some business documents notarized for my company and a client. The experience was extremely disappointing and honestly shocking. The employees refused to notarize the documents simply because my client does not bank with Chase, which was already frustrating. However, what made the situation much worse was the way we were treated.
