Took my elderly mother to take care of some things. The teller was very patient and took care of everything she needed.
Received a “pre-approval” for a credit card in the app in my private account. Got a bogus denial. Damaging my credit score I have worked 2 years on improving. Chase sucked before and will always suck for the non elite. Watch out for false offers and never give Chase the benefit of the doubt. I even called and went in ahead of time with “just apply to find out”.

STEAL YOUR MONEY. They STOLE $1000 from me. They REFUSED to return it or make it good... Beware of this branch. Thieves. Just to clarify, i have nevered have a problem with any banks or Chase in general. I have been banking with them since 2006... just this thieving branch
