I had the BEST customer service at this Chase yesterday! I stopped in to change the name on my account because I just got married and the ladies were very friendly and were very helpful! The Chase on Leavitt Road in Lorain should take notes!
The only reason you're getting 1 star is because I can't write a review with zero stars. What a poor excuse for customer service this place is!!!
