the teller was rude had you waiting over an hour to tell you they busy and they couldn't help you, i have never heard of you have make an appt to open an acct at least others banks help u right away . the service is horrible
Horrible service. Miss Alexis is a power hungry liar. First she said the bank didn’t have $50k in cash to withdraw, second she said that if they did withdraw MY CASH it would deplete THEIR funds, third she claimed they can only offer cashiers check. After asking to speak to her boss, she attempted to play middle man (and tried lying again) to which I refused and insisted I speak to her boss (branch manager) directly who informed me that Alexis had not given her the full story and she would make sure I received my cash. Hands down the absolute worst chase branch in Louisiana… Been in there 5 times in the last five years and always walk out without being helped. They make up rules to charge extra fees or are too lazy because it’s an hour before quitting time to open a new account. I drive to the branch in downtown Lafayette and tell them what the Carencro branch has told me and they are dumbfounded saying they’ve never heard of the things I’m been told in Carencro.
