Always great service!
Came in to open a checking account which takes like two seconds to do it online, but I had some questions about the process, a promotion they were running, and which type of checking account to open. Im immediately greeted by someone who tells me that nobody is available for over two hours?! There was nobody else in the waiting area and this is not a difficult thing to help with. Ridiculous
I had just opened a business account online and had trouble linking my personal and business accounts thru the app. I came into my local branch to see if they could help? I was there no more than 30 seconds when Avielle walked out to greet me and asked me what my problem was. While explaining my issue, the branch manager Lisa overheard, came immediately over, and within five minutes had resolved my problem. I would give them a negative star if I could. The employees will give you multiple good full body scans, so dress up before stepping in. Go to a different branch where they treat you with respect!
