I would give them a negative star if I could. The employees will give you multiple good full body scans, so dress up before stepping in. Go to a different branch where they treat you with respect!
I spent 4 hours trying to make a single transaction for my business that this bank wont authorize (despite seeing it) and appatently this bank isnt able to conduct money transfers at all. Will be closing my account and never doing business with them again. Complete waste of time which i dont have.
really useless and just trying to get your money. Never told us about the monthly fee when we opened the account. when went to talk to them about it, they said they changed the account to a different type of checking account that has no monthly fee but still kept on charging monthly fees on our account. would avoid this brach.
It's a nice Chase branch with a convenient drive-thru ATM, but oddly, there's no ATM available inside the branch itself.
