My better half went to withdraw a semi-large amount of cash from an account she has had for well over a decade. She forgot her debit card at home but had her driver's license and didn't think anything of it. Upon arrival and requesting the funds she was given the run around and told she needed a second form of ID such as her debit card. This makes zero sense to me or anyone with a functioning brain. Leaving another review on my second account, because this is the second time I've come by this year and they still have not replaced the second ATM machine, and the only one they still have is broken. This location is the closest to my home, and I've banked with chase for over 10 years, but perhaps it's time I switch.
