I bank with this Chase for my business transactions. I have different experiences every time. The rules seem to be moving target. I was shorted one time getting changed and when I drove back to the bank to let them know, the teller said “if you need it I can investigate” .like sir what!? I’ve been coming through here for a little over four years and it seems to be a problem every single time I need to get changed for my company. They want your business, but they don’t want to actually serve you.
If your Husband/boyfriend goes to this bank better watch out. Atleast one of the tellers is Thirsty. She just calls them out the blue and passes notes during the transaction like amiddle schooler. I think this was happening in Shreveport about 8 months ago. And that wife was not playing when she went in there.
Poor Communication.
Wouldn’t recommend at all.
Poor hospitality. Didn’t take LA wallet. Rude.
