Great people, no drive thru.
The problem is this branch location I can count maybe 2 ladies that show interest in a customer. The rest are cater to the wealthy that’s a fact we are in Scott Louisiana. However back office as they call it or corporate is the problem. I’ve been a customer for years with chase so is my spouse Due to lots of issues we are considering closing all accounts and go to a bank that actually pays attention to the customer. Not the money.
