I go to this Chase Bank once in a blue moon to do business. It's smaller than all the other locations and less busy, too. So you'll be in and out in 30 seconds.
Always a good experience with this bank. Paul Circello is always so polite and absolute delight to do business with.

The problem is this branch location I can count maybe 2 ladies that show interest in a customer. The rest are cater to the wealthy that’s a fact we are in Scott Louisiana. However back office as they call it or corporate is the problem. I’ve been a customer for years with chase so is my spouse Due to lots of issues we are considering closing all accounts and go to a bank that actually pays attention to the customer. Not the money.
