They made me go around in circles and there still holding on to my check I guess they have no set precautions.
This was number one star due to the fact you don't have a lot of money transferred from one legal people when do that bank and back out I'm trying to get a hold of a bank teller manager it is pretty hard due to a bag that these people are always asking people to send money to the routing number account number for VIP passes VIP membership cards
I visited this branch to have a document notarized. I’ve had this done at a different bank before, and Google states that notarization is a service offered by Chase. However, when I went to this branch, the walk-in assistant informed me that banks in Louisiana do not provide notary services.What is true.does chase not offer this service in lousiana alone
Let me start off by saying this, I know some things just happen, but as a BANK, that allowed the ATM to take my money and not deposit it into my account, and all I get is a CUSTOMER SUPPORT # to call. Support was not offered as an option on the AUTOMATED CUSTOMER SUPPORT, and of course it’s after hours so there was NO ONE to report the incident to. Whenever you say you’re gonna follow through and make another card, I trust you and leave it in your hands and when you don’t follow through, you drop the ball and now you got an upset customer that’s gonna go off and when I call a branch, I don’t want to speak to someone in India I want to speak to someone and call kaliste salon branch
