Worst experience at any bank in the last 12 years. I deposited a check Friday (10-18-2024) in one of their ATM’s on site. Their very old and run down atm must have taken a bad picture of my check, well now my check is being held (10-29-24) a whole 10 days from the date I received my check, when the ATM I deposited only said the hold would be until Saturday (10-26-2024) (Side note, I’ve been on the same payroll for over four years now, so this wasn’t a first time thing) I have called trying to get the hold canceled, and even ... read more
The manager and teller talked to my wife and I like we are thieves we needed to send money to family member which also is chase member they just weren’t very nice or helpful I’m going to change banks.!!!
Josh is the best banker I’ve ever had and I’ve quite a few! Always very upbeat and happy to help, he made setting up my new accounts fun which is hard to do. Just couldn’t say more, thank you Josh! Everyone else is very nice too.
