Pretty bad service, the banker here will rather walk around then take a customer waiting
They never answer their phone. Always sent to automated messages. I need a person to answer my questions they don’t address on their website. Called during working hours. It’s ridiculous.
Heather is amazing who works here, I came in to make a sizable withdraw and she was nothing but professional. Didn’t nag what I needed the funds for, ensured I was safe and kept things discreet. She got me my money quickly and had zero issues with this bank. Take notes other branches this is how you do it. Great job Heather!
