Hi I had the st experience with Holly Jennings she is the definition of great customer service. We arrived when there were a lot of people coming in so there was a long line so she noticed quickly and help everyone with their matters. We didn't have to wait in line and she was very informative and helped with informing us if every option we have. We need more people like Holly Jennings in dealing with customers. I've visited this Chase 3 times recently, and I walked out frustrated each time. The 1st time, only one clerk assisted inside and drive-thru customers. The moment she grabbed a customer’s ATM card and all else and said I’ll be at the drive-thru window be right back which made me uncomfortable, so I left. It was the same clerk running back and forth the 2nd time around instead of sitting down.
