It was my first time at this branch. I was in the area so I thought I’d stop in and get help resetting my password and ordering a new card since I lost mine. I walked in and not an employee in sight, so I went to the teller line. Stood there for 10 minutes with 1 other person ahead of me but the only teller there was helping the drive thru.
