It's a hassle to get your own money out. I understand security, but it should be easier. Also, the last time we went in the associate we met with cancelled my wife's card right after we told her we were going to get the card out of the car. She also cancelled my credit by mistake.
I went to the drive up ATM to get change I would need to pay snow shoveling guys, since lots of snow coming in tomorrow and the next day. Mabel was the teller. I had wrote down the change I needed for the young man, on a slip of paper that I gave her. I needed ten, $10 bills, and twenty $5 bills. When Mabel came back to the window to give me my money, I said “I’m sorry I just handed you the note about the specific bills I needed, and didn’t let you know verbally”.
