The cashier and employee are absolutely rude and unprofessional. Doing their job as a favor to customer. Never going there.
I've been a customer at this branch since it opened. I generally order currency here but I can tell that the vault custodian just doesn't "feel like" providing customer service to me any more - it's VERY obvious. I even had Tex Ritter tell me that the Treasury denied my currency order which I know is an absolute lie. These branches use Loomis to deliver whatever their customers ask for, they don't work directly with the treasury for these requests. In my case, we have a lazy vault custodian! TERRIBLE customer service!!
Absolutely unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. I am looking for a new bank for multiple personal and business accounts - and after today’s encounter with the staff here, my business will definitely NOT be with Chase. Very disappointing!
