I went to the drive up ATM to get change I would need to pay snow shoveling guys, since lots of snow coming in tomorrow and the next day. Mabel was the teller. I had wrote down the change I needed for the young man, on a slip of paper that I gave her. I needed ten, $10 bills, and twenty $5 bills. When Mabel came back to the window to give me my money, I said “I’m sorry I just handed you the note about the specific bills I needed, and didn’t let you know verbally”. I just switched from CitiBank to Chase and am surprised by the low rating this location has. It was super easy to make an appointment online, I was seen ahead of time, and Trevor took his time to look at all my options with me. He was friendly, relatable and got me set up swiftly. :)
