Hannah Klindt my bank representative exceeded all my expectations and successfully answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns .
Extremely disappointing experience at this branch. The ATM was broken, and when I asked for help, the banker couldn’t assist with cash withdrawal because their tap-to-pay system was turned off. Even worse, they refused to accept digital ID like MyColorado—insisting on a physical ID and card only. In 2025, that’s just ridiculous. I left without any help or solution. Completely unacceptable customer service.
I dont know where to begin....... dont use quick deposit as the bank will put a hold on it and claim that they haven't collected a payment from the paying bank. I called to find out this was a lie, they claim that there is additional information they need even though the paying bank had cleared my check for deposit. Check was issued on the 27th of may, quick deposited on the 2nd of june and immediately got a notification that there will be a 9 day hold on my check.
