I made an appointment, online it showed one person. Went to the location, was transferred to another individual to help with making an account. Turns out I had the wrong paperwork, so I might have to go back to a chase bank to try to open an account anyway. The banker I was working with was cool, but if there's an appointment set ahead of time, it'd probably be best to have the specified people available for the given appointment.
Jermaine, the branch manager, provides awful customer service. Go to a different branch if you want to get anything done
Awful manager Jermaine. Managemeny is letting this place go down fast! Does not appreciate customer service. Definitely could use an overhaul.
