Stay away! I opened a business account and was lied to by the sales rep. After speaking with the manager she was unhelpful. I’ve been following up but communication is very slow. It’s been over 120 days and we still don’t have a resolution. Take your business elsewhere.
Alonso (“Al”) stayed after hours to help me with an issue where another branch in Parker incorrectly spelled my name after 2 attempts. I am glad I went to this branch. He was incredibly kind and helpful! Will definitely be using this branch going forward.
This has always been the worst customer service at any chase branch.
Retraining or replacing some of the staff at this branch is an absolute must. They don't know what they are doing and seemingly don't care to help. I always feel like a burden when speaking with the staff here.
