I came at 445pm to the drive up window and sat there for fifteen minutes and no service and there were employees right there.Just sitting on their phone doing whatever. I upset as i didnt get help and couldnt go in because i have a broken rib so very painful to walk, and i've been a chase member for years 15+.

I had an outstanding experience working with Ethan at Chase! I scheduled an appointment with him and he was ready for me right on time. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He made what could have been a complicated process feel simple and efficient. Everything was handled quickly and with great care. It’s rare to find someone who combines warmth with top-notch service, but Ethan absolutely does. Highly recommend working with him!
Most helpful tellers. They actually like helping the custo! How very 50's! Oh, and only place I've visited recently that didn't give me the hairy eyeball when I asked for rolls of pennies for change.
Notary services are very pathetic. Don't waste time visiting this Branch.
