This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with—no comparison. They suddenly closed my account without giving me any reason or explanation, and they also shut down my online banking access, so I couldn’t even view my statements. Then they told me there was nothing they could do to waive the $30 fee. The customer service is terrible. I spent two hours on the phone and still got nothing resolved.
