I have been a personal and business customer of CHASE since 2022. My purpose of opening a business account with CHASE was to migrate from WELLS FARGO. I watch all of my bank accounts closely daily. Inconsistencies with WELLS FARGO in 2025 led me to heavily move my business activity to CHASE starting January 2026 because customer service is just dead in general in the industry.
