I was greated by a very kind upbeat worker asking what kind of service I was there to do. After a lengthy search, she found my account and I was able to recify my account but not deposit today. There will be a waiting period to see if I can use my old account or apply for a new one. Everyone worked together to ensure my needs were met and the bank manager even made sure I received my receipt, as I may need it in the future. Good business to use.
I waited 25 minutes in the lobby as “next in line” for the only teller who was with someone else. A lady on another teller window looked to be prepping that station, and said “I’ll be right with you sir” 10 minutes later she walked out the building on her lunch break, never actually opened her window, never said a word to me otherwise. No one in the building, which there were several people working, ever offered to help or apologized for the insanely long wait. The customer service is non existent here.
will not be coming here again. im extremely disappointed. came here to cash my check and they denied me because i didnt have my physical ID even though i had a photo of both the front and back. last time i was here they didnt need more than one form of ID either since it was a chase check.
Mr. Kirk is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. He makes CHASE Bank ‘local’, and that’s what building community is all about.
