I walked in today and was the first person in line. I literally stood there for 5 minutes with no assistance from 3 bank tellers. In walks this white man and bypassed the line & immediately got assistance. I then asked why did I get overlooked and the teller Erma said oh I didn’t see you standing there. I was in disbelief because how do you not see someone standing in line. I then said it’s ok & she said to me “well don’t complain then” as if I was in the wrong. They have the sweetest staff here. Always so friendly and helpful I make the farther drive just to come to this one
I have really love this bank and Chase over all. They have always been very helpful and friendly especially with some of my transactions which dealing with the amount of money I was getting in from an inheritance and buying a home which made me very anxious. This is the thing though and it is so simple but just causes having in getting to your money and that is the debit card which I have lost. Call ahead if you need any services to make sure a banker is available. We had to go to 2 banks to get things taken care of.
