It's a bank, however they couple of times I did have a issue they were very quick and professional.
STAY AWAY FROM CHASE. If you need fast access to your money, this bank will absolutely fail you. I deposited a legitimate paycheck from my employer (Bank of America), and Chase slapped a 10‑day hold on it with no real explanation. Ten days where my own money was completely frozen. After looking into it, I found tons of other reviews saying the exact same thing — long holds, zero transparency, and customers left stuck without their funds. This isn’t a one‑off issue.
