Chase bank will lose alot of customers if they keep this crap up . My disability benefits are under investigation. What I've worked my entire life for, I would give them less than one star, maybe half a star. Was supposed to be sent out on the January 9th, today is the 21st still no response. Time to call 19 action news
I’ve called 10 times in a row about an application I put in for a credit card over a week ago. No one has picked up the call or reached out to me about the status of my application. Horrible, no one ever picks up the phone.
Fix your outdoor ATMs!!!!! Went to Lorain AND Amherst; the touch screens were not working, so I had to suck it up and pay the extra fee to pull money out from Huntington's working ATMs. Thank you Huntington for working, and I want a refund for using another bank to get MY money.
Worthless. People that work here can’t help with anything.
