Staff is very polite
Trying to reach someone at this branch to ask questions about a major (for me) transaction. They have designed their automated phone answering attendant to simply hang up on their own customers. They have no intention at all of servicing callers. I can’t imagine that I am the only one with questions which cannot be answered using the available online tools. I’m sure most can, but not all.
Very nice tellers go above and beyond to help with your financial questions atm on site
