I had a simple yes or no question called five different banks and every time I got switched to customer service to which they couldn't even answer my questions I speak to one receptionist named Gretchen who was very rude and caught her in multiple lies then I asked to speak to someone higher she sent me to corporate and I speak to John who was so unprofessional when not give me an ID or alternate badge number and when I said that I was recording he told me I wasn't allowed to My thing is don't go to the bank you'll never get... read more
The worst experience with a bank. The stuff there is so rude. They treat you like an animal especially if you are not American.
