Some may see my other review I did for the Lorain Chase Branch but this one is for Kayla C. who was filing in there!!! She isn't a manager or even an ASM at her branch in Amherst, and while ONLY filling in at the Lorain branch...I went to talk to Kayla, told her what Chase was doing to me, that they had frozen then CLOSED my accounts after over 16 years of being a Chase customer, she made one phone call and was able to verify a large check I deposited back on November 13th, and she got it all taken care of for me!!! So this makes zero sense I came in with cash to deposit into somebody else's account I didn't want a balance or anything I had the account number and everything It was for somebody else because they were not able to make the deposit due to being at work. I filled out the deposit slip and gave them the account number and said I don't need a balance or anything I just need to put this cash in because the person who owns the account has a bill coming out. I had a simple yes or no question called five different banks and every time I got switched to customer service to which they couldn't even answer my questions I speak to one receptionist named Gretchen who was very rude and caught her in multiple lies then I asked to speak to someone higher she sent me to corporate and I speak to John who was so unprofessional when not give me an ID or alternate badge number and when I said that I was recording he told me I wasn't allowed to My thing is don't go to the bank you'll never get... read more
The worst experience with a bank. The stuff there is so rude. They treat you like an animal especially if you are not American.
