Terrible experience I’ve ever had to open a bank account. The lady whose desk is the second on the left was extremely rude! She said she didn’t have time to open a bank account for me. They can book an appointment for me to stop by again. Are you kidding me? When did opening account become so difficult? -Customer Service sucks!!
Don’t bank with chase they will close your account with no warning and hold your check and say they will call you when done with a review and give you options to get your check. They will not help you get it sooner they will make it take the longest to get to you they do not care if you have bills to pay. I am hoping my apartment understands I’m waiting to receive my check so I can pay rent and hope they do not kick me and my son out. If possible bank with someone else not this bank
ATM was down, so I had to go inside to get cash. No one in line, stood in front of the tellers counter. Waited for at least 5 to 10 minutes. Four tellers behind the counter and not one tried to attend to me. Again, I was the only customer there. Worst customer service ever! My next visit will be to close my accounts.
I've read some of the previous reviews. As everyone knows, Chase is a Mega corporation, and sometimes the Mega corporations develop Policies and Procedures that are not customer friendly. Sometimes, the employees themselves become un customer friendly and just don 't care. They get settled, accustomed to getting away with bad customer service, complacent.
