There are very nice employees at this Chase branch. I needed help with logging in to my online Chase Prime credit card account because I was locked out ofit due to getting a new phone and number and the lady that helped me was on the phone with two different help support areas and in no time she had it working so I can get back into my account. Thank you so much.
This bank doesn't deserve one star. I have been a chase customer since the 90's and every time I visit somehow they find a way to make it worse than the last time. I have been here 3 times this week. The atm doesn't work and there's almost a line out the door with one teller open. I'm going to find a new bank this week because chase is nothing but a waste of time!
