I waited for 30 minutes to open a business account, and then I was told to come back tomorrow without a clear explanation. This is very unprofessional.

In what world do yall think it's okay to be argumentative with an attitude when a customer is asking a simple yes or no question??? The lady working the counter at around 4:15 pm today needs to be written up or let go. And FYI just because u say "im not arguing" doesnt negate the fact u were arguing with me for 5 minutes! All you had to say was "not really" which would have answered my question. Such BS customer service.. I really don't want to bank with yall anymore after this stunt from her. BE MORE PROFESSIONAL.
