This bank doesn't deserve one star. I have been a chase customer since the 90's and every time I visit somehow they find a way to make it worse than the last time. I have been here 3 times this week. The atm doesn't work and there's almost a line out the door with one teller open. I'm going to find a new bank this week because chase is nothing but a waste of time!

Look at all the one star reviews first! Maybe Chase should look. This bank (Mesa ridge parkway) is terrible and full of incompetent people that take pride in ruining your day. They are rude, I was just told they are not going to listen to me and they just purposefully ruined my banking experience yet again and refused me service and tried to keep my card and ID. Must be a hard job. They are lazy and do not care or want to help you. Customers are the problem I guess. They are heavy pushing the wrong qualities. And they smile ... read more
