Horrible customer service! When I arrived, there was a nice lady behind the counter. She sent a message to the lady sitting about 20 feet away from me in one of the cubicles. She let her know I needed to open an account and that I drove up from Pueblo. It was 4:45pm. We waited at least five minutes. There are very nice employees at this Chase branch. I needed help with logging in to my online Chase Prime credit card account because I was locked out ofit due to getting a new phone and number and the lady that helped me was on the phone with two different help support areas and in no time she had it working so I can get back into my account. Thank you so much.
